Refund Policy for Webexwp
At Webexwp, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need a refund, we initiate it on the same day of your request. However, no refunds will be processed after 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are available in such cases.

Can I Request a Refund?
Yes, refunds are issued once the order is completed and the product is delivered. If you find that the product you purchased is not functioning properly, please raise a refund request by emailing us at support@webexwp.com or through the support ticket system in your account.
Important Note:
Please be aware that GPL products do not come with original license keys. Therefore, refund requests for license keys cannot be processed. While most products are pre-activated, some issues may arise due to license restrictions.
No Refund Will Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances:
- Installation Issues: If you are unable to install downloaded themes or plugins.
- Compatibility Issues: If a theme or plugin is not compatible with your hosting or WordPress setup.
- License Requirements: If a theme or plugin requires a license or purchase code.
- Site Issues: If your website experiences issues during the installation of a theme or plugin (we can assist via support ticket/WhatsApp).
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our services.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind and no longer need the product (exchanges are available).
- Starter Membership: No refunds are available for Starter memberships; however, you have access to over 4000 products.
- Other Memberships: Partial refunds will be provided after deducting payment gateway charges and the cost of downloaded products ($1 per download).
- Original Licenses: If you have purchased an original license and it has already been activated on your domain, no refund will be issued. If the license has not been activated, we can offer an exchange or a full refund.
Digital Media and Software Policy
Webexwp offers digital media (“Software”) that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after buying any product, meaning all sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items
Once software is purchased, it cannot be “returned.” If we are unable to resolve your issue or if the product is completely non-functional (damaged product), Webexwp will process the refund on the same day.
Refund Processing Time
Please note that it may take 3-7 days for the refund to reflect in your payment account, depending on the payment method and your bank’s location.
